If anything, the witty tete-a-tete occasionally peppered with dry humor between the lovers is what makes this easy read quite worth it. Although it was unbearably slow the first half of the book. The chemistry is electrifying and the angst of true love is thoroughly felt in the dialogue. The chivalry is amazingly surreal (because in real life this almost never happens without a guy being over the top or pulling it off to an incredibly cheesy low note.) Other than that, this odd glimpse into another vampire realm is what sets this apart from the stereotype. It’s captivating.
Every girl wants an Edward Cullen after reading this book. =) *
Nerf Dart Tag Darts
I bought this for my canon vixia camcorder. It’s a good product for a decent price. I found that it’s cheaper to buy two class 6 16gb cards instead of one class 6 32 gb card, but it seems like the price on these cards is always going down, so that may change soon. It can store about an hour and a half of video in the highest quality settings, so I don’t feel it’s too inconvenient swiching out the 16gb cards rather than having one 32gb.

I just have to share this! I loved this pedometer and was using it every day and found that it did help me to increase my steps per day. Then I left it in the pocket of my jeans and washed it!! It fell out before I loaded the clothes in the dryer. Fortunately, I have an eyeglass screwdriver, which you WILL need to change the battery. I took out the battery, unscrewed the three other tiny screws, and took the whole thing apart. I put it on the top of a bookcase to dry, with the four tiny screws in the lid from a vitamin bottle. Then, because I didn’t really BELIEVE that it was savable, I left it there for more than a month. Then, about to toss it in the trash, I decided to put it back together, which was easy, since it is so well designed. I haven’t set all the functions yet, because I have forgotten how, but it is counting steps justs fine, with the same battery! I love this thing and plan to check my pockets before washing every time. . .

I feel like some sort of new religious convert when I find myself talking about the FURminator. I saw the adds on TV when it came out, and thought “Yeah right!”. Then I saw one in my local feed store, and on closer inspection did not thin it was considerably different to a lot of other shedding blades/rakes I’d seen for grooming (I’ve owned horses, dogs, and cats for years). However, there was a money back guarantee if not completely blown away, so I thought I’d give it a chance. It is amazing!!!! I use it on my Labrador and it takes out her undercoat so that if I use it once a week during shedding season we avoid the “cloud of hair” routine that usually occurs every time I pet her. The rest of the year I use it once a month or so and it removes whatever she is normally shedding. It DOES NOT CUT THE HAIR!!! I have heard people say they think it does, and given the amount of hair that comes off with each pull of the brush I can see why they think that is the case…. but if I use it on my dog #1- eventually I am getting less and less hair, and if it was cutting the hair I do not believe that would be the case and #2- if you look at the hair on the FURminator it is not cut, and when I check my dogs coat there is no evidence of a ragged effect that would occur at the time of grooming/or as the hair grew out if it had been cut. I have also used this on my cat with great success (she even likes it) and on my Border Terrier. The Border Terrier should be hand stripped, so this helps with his under coat a bit, but doe not take the place of hand stripping. It is good for between stripping sessions though. I have also lent it to a friend with a Chihuahua with a short slick coat (I was not sure it would work on a coat like that), and she was amazed by the amount of hair she got off of her dog. As a “professional dieter” I have owned a number of scales, both dial and digital. This is by far the most accurate (showed the same weight as the doctor’s scale did within an hour or so). I am pleased also with the fact that it doesn’t jump up or down a pound or two within a few minutes. The light makes it easier to use at night before I go to bed (I don’t have to turn on the bathroom light and wake up the hubbie). The step-on feature is also nice – I hated the scales where you had to tap to get a reading. Would recommend this scale to anyone who wants accuracy and a good-looking product. Great item for the price.
Stand Still
I am not a runner. When I am outdoors I am usually hiking or walking. When I do run, it is usually on a treadmill. I was looking for something that would help me stay in my target heart rate no matter what activity I was doing. But this item is built for runners/bikers. There isn’t even an option to walk. And it won’t track calories indoors.
I am returning the item for these reasons. I will go back to polar.
77mm Snap On Lens
So, I ordered this vac, and it showed up the next day. I was amazed since I used super saver shipping. Then I put it together, plugged it in, and started cleaning. I must say, with the cleaning solution and the vac, it did work well. However, I started to notice streaks, and I looked further. It turns out that the brushes were not spinning. I called Hoover, and it is is getting fixed for free. Not a big deal, just very inconvenient. Ive hired professional cleaners before to clean my carpet and they could not get the stains out that this vac could without working brushes even. It works great, and leaves the carpet almost dry. If it wasnt for the DOA part, id be blown away. By the way, the repair company said this issue with the brushes is a high fail item, and it is very common. If your vac is not under warranty, it will cost more to fix it than buy another vac.

I bought this for my 10 year-old daughter and it is perfect for her. I would need the larger GB for myself, but for her, it’s great. Highly recommend.
