First I’ll start with what I really liked about “The Help”. The subject matter is one I find very interesting. To have race relations discussed from the perspective of the housekeepers in Mississippi brings a realism that as a white women from the East Coast I had no idea about. I loved that Stockett wrote in a style that spoke from different narrators. It lends a lot to understanding and relating to each character and their individual struggles. There were moments that I found riveting. I spent many nights up late reading just waiting to see what would happen to each of them. The risk they were each taking was huge and I found myself quite drawn into that element of this novel.
What I found frustrating was the writing style. I love that Stockett tried to write in the dialect of each character. However, there were many times when words and language style just didn’t ring true to the southern black dialect that she herself created to use in this book. I found it distracting, especially in the latter half of the book. I plowed through in spite of the poor writing style.
The end of the book left me quite disappointed. There was not enough character development at the end. I felt like the book just ended abruptly.
Wanted to really love this but unfortunately, Stocket and her editors need some work.

I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to use HDMI cables and I knew I didn’t want to spend 30.00 just to try it out. These were perfect, they were low cost and they work great. Anyone who is unsure should try these, I like them, I use them, and I’m not spending 30.00 for 1 sinle cable

Received item as expected.
They work and didn’t cost an arm and a leg as if I had bought them from Best Buy or Walmart.
Digital signal is all or nothing here. So these work great.
Second batch of HDMI cables purchased from Amazon.
