No complaints at all. A fraction of the price of other cables in stores, and this one works just great for me. Would definitely buy again if I ever need more.

If you’re looking for advice on a gaming system, I’ll tell you what a teenager told us. If you’re looking to buy for a younger child, say over 5 but younger than 14, then get the Wii. But, if you’re buying for a teenager, then they’re looking into the Xbox. So, there you have it, from the lips of a teen. So, off we went to get the Wii since we old folks could work out with it as well. It has been the best investment! We can use it with the Wii Sports, and the kids get to have a blast with it with the games. It’s so easy to use, the setup is easy (an 8-year-old did ours), and well, it’s just been a marvelous addition to the gametime in this house. A word of caution, however, be SURE you read the directions. There are warnings enclosed that state things like “Don’t play longer than 45 minutes at a time.” The Wii can cause seizures in people so be sure you pay attention to that stuff. Other than that, it’s great. Highly recommend!

He is basically saying we all are god. We are all part of each other. We are all interconnected.. no one better, no one worse. It is not crazy, it is a philosophical idea. Not a big deal. People who say it’s blasphemy are ignorant about this subject, because it is not a new concept. It’s one that just reiterates our connective-ness as human beings. Isn’t that what jesus would want for us anyway..lol. Oh wait, and allah and buddha and all of those wonderful leaders of our souls.

Before I purchased this book, everything I’d heard about it – which, granted, was very little – made me believe the author was African-American. Unfortunately, I found out that was not the case just prior to reading it. The mention of that fact – the book written about the lives of black maids from the point of view of a white author – got me turned up noses, rolled eyes, and pursed lips. I pride myself on not settling with initial feelings that I have that are racist, biased, or prejudiced. However, I found myself thinking thoughts such as, “How is a white woman gone write about life from the point of view of a black woman?” Mind you, I still haven’t cracked it open yet.
Finally, I began reading and what I found most difficult was getting a rhythm. I have read books that are written in dialect, so to speak, such as Zora Neale Hurston’s work and usually have to read them aloud until I find the rhythm of the writing. But this was different. I found myself thinking, “See? She don’t even know how to write the way we talk.” My authority on the matter is self-ordained. Never mind I didn’t grow up in Mississippi in the 60’s and never was a maid – I have decided I am an authority on writing the way we speak, also ignoring the fact that I am not a best selling author yet.
As I go further into the story I am very much engaged. I want to know what the Terrible Awful was and am guessing why Miss Celia has a rust colored stain on her rug. I am pulling for Skeeter and feeling sorry for Stuart. And I feel like this is more of the author’s story than her perspective of life from the point of view of a black maid.
But in the end I think, “Why is this book just now being released?” I am not asking a question about the author’s timing in writing the book nor the time it took to be published and released. I feel like this should have been released in 1965. Then I would appreciate it better. But right now it just makes me angry. As so much of what I hear about Mississippi does.
Anyway

I have been using this product for nearly three months now. This is a great accessory to Garmin GPS. Very easy to setup and dismantle, fits well, provides good mount position for eyes, and necessary stability to the GPS.

This cleaner does a really super job. Stains that had been there for years came out. Clean surge was really effective. After cleaning I did rinse with water and vinegar. Carpet felt really clean. I would definitely recommend.

I picked up a copy of Twilight ’cause all my friends were reading it and they said it was good. I found it to be extremely strange. I mean, what kind of boyfriend watches you sleep at night? If he’s supposed to be manly, he shouldn’t sparkle in the sun. The main character, Bella, is oddly flawless. Overall, the plot was just odd, and the author obviously has no idea how to write.
Some people may like Twilight, and that’s fine. But I suggest you pick up a copy at the library before you spend money on it.

I had a long talk with my wallet. After reading some of this at a friend’s house, my wallet told me that I shouldn’t buy the book.
Why is it liberals make fun of people who try and serve God, even mock them with “And God talks to you directly?” types of comments and it’s fine, yet one of their own claims to have God speaking directly to him and he’s lauded as someone enlightened and wonderful. Just like everything else, the double standard is alive and well with them.
Hopefully the author will recognize that’s not God’s voice whispering to him before it’s too late.
