I’ve had the Forerunner for over a month now, and have mixed opinions. The features seem fine, and performance (when the GPS finally boots up) is great. Four main criticisms: (1) the GPS will sometimes take several minutes to locate satellites, and sometimes does not at all; (2) battery life not so hot – supposed to be ten hours, but hasn’t worked that way for me, even w/ a new unit (and charging on USB does not seem to work); (3) controls are not very intuitive; (4) it’s a bulky unit, but I knew that when I bought it.
On the other hand, the computer software was easy to install, easy to use, and informative. It’s my first GPS trainer, but my high hopes have been let down a bit.

Although I did not necessarily like the ending, the rest of the book was very well written. It kept me reading way past the time I should have stopped each time I picked it up. It’s easy reading and not particularly a long story. Enjoyed it very much.

Book-Water for Elephants A very different book. Not bad reading, but far from exceptional. Would rate it a three and one half stars.

Thank you. This is a really great machine. I owned a Hoover Steam Vac for many years. The older model is still working but with a few bumps here and there. I decided time for new. This one is great. Glad I made this choice. Thanks much!

I am generally satisfied with the product. My son also enjoys reading it a lot. The strength of this is the Over-The-Air purchase and delivery. This eliminates the hassles to connect to the computer the get the purchases transferred. However, this is also where I find some disatisfactions with. I don’t know whether it is a regional issue or not.
For the connection, it is not uncommon that I have a problem with the wireless connection, sometimes there is just not connection. And when the Kindle is connected, mostly it is just GPRS. When I purchase a book of larger size, it sometimes really needs a long time to download OTA, I need to download to the PC then transfer via the USB.
And I hope the price of the books would come down more as the cost of printing/paper is now saved.
