This book took me by surprise. It seemed to drag a bit through the first few chapters, but then it got very interesting very quickly. I was not a fan of the bad language, but the author really tries to put the reader in the rough circus setting and unfortunately, the circus is composed of less-than-polished people. This book is full of action, and has a great romance story. I loved the ending. Minus the language and crudeness, I would give this book 5 out of 5.

PS (I’VE HEARD THAT ROBERT PATTINSON WILL BE PLAYING JACOB JANKOWSKI IN THE MOVIE IN 2011!)

PROS:
Speed. From my HP notebook with 4965AGN network card, I’m seeing actual transfer rate up to 140mbps at 5GHz band, which is about 3 1/2 times the speed I was getting from my old DIR-655 router at 2.4GHz. I have about 20 wired/wireless devices connected, including 2 DAP-1522. Easy setup and intuitive web interface.

CONS:
Range. 5GHz range not as good as 2.4GHz. With both enabled, one computer with an USB n adapter at one end of the house cannot see or connect at 5GHz but can at 2.4GHz.

Overall, I’m very happy with this upgrade.

My Windows 7 Ultimate x64 installation detected this card without me needing to install any drivers. Paired with a D-Link DIR-825 router, the network and sharing center reports my connection speed usually at 300Mbps, occasionally 130Mbps. I have an external antenna attached and am about 20 feet through one floor and some ductwork away from the router.

I bought and Installed. I wanted to replace my 4 years old CompUsa G router with this N router. First I did the same setup as my old router My Internet worked with LAN connection. Wireless wise I had three laptop with G connection and two worked one dropped connection every few second. My VOIP phone did not work. I try to open the port through the setup for VOIP and did not work. I did research in the google and D-link site and look like many D-Link modem is having the same problem. I did my best to solve the problem and after two weeks I gave up and hooked up my old router all my Laptop and VOIP phone is working very well. I do not recommend this company router for any body.
