My wife and I have a Compaq laptop running Vista we purchased in 2007, and the internal wireless adapter/card went out. This seems to be a common issue with HP/Compaq computers over 2 years old. We initially had a Linksys wireless adapter, but it was large and bulky, taking up too much space. The TRENDnet Mini, on the other hand is perfect. It’s small, compact, and actually runs better speeds than the Linksys. We highly recommend it.

I bought this mouse to try out with my new Dell laptop because I really hate the two-button touchpads on laptops. I’m very happy with it. Nice comfortable grip, great positioning of buttons and wheels. The only thing I don’t like about it is that silly USB receiver that needs to be inserted in the computer to use it; why not take advantage of the computer’s BlueTooth technology like Apple’s wireless mouse models do? In any case, it works great with my PC and my Mac laptop. Highly recommended.
Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical
Though not the same failure as others, but I did twice get file failures but was able to reformat the card. But the card just fell apart. Split open on one side and I again lost pictures. Now, I could say maybe I did something wrong, but I have over a dozen SD cards and have never had this problem. They all stay in one of my camera cases or a storage case. I have some no-name cheap china made cards that are far better quality. You can even feel the casing is better made on others.
With all of the other problems I will just stay away from the transcend brand in the future!

You will not get the best quality microphone device, but it does work well for the price. The clip broke after using it for a day, but it was easy to adapt.

Just worked around couple of hours. After replugging once, the adapter is totally down. My laptop and PC cannot identify it any more.

Couldn’t agree more with most of the negative reviewers. Bought this on name-brand recognition after my 4 1/2 year old dlink died. Installation was impossible without tech help (and I am in IT!) and after 3 days and 6+ hours on the phone (not kidding) with nearly unintelligible tech help, and countless sessions of reconfiguring, finally, it is working. More or less. (Reboot, reboot, reboot.) And I gave it a 3 on reliability only in a “hope-vote,” not in a practical application nod of long-term use. Oh how I wish I had read the reviews on this unit!! Why do I have the sinking feeling that I’ll be buying another router (a dlink!) in the very near future. Cisco Linksys WUSBF54G Wireless
I purchased a Belkin Model FBTOO1 version 2 Bluetooth adapter and attempted to install it on my system. When I had problems configuring the adapter, I called Belkin Tech Support, where I was told that if I had Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed, they wouldn’t help me. Their device was not designed for Service Pack 2. Their solution: uninstall service pack 2. Obviously, that is not an acceptable solution. So I’m stuck with this adapter that I can’t use. Belkin won’t replace it, I can’t return it to the place where I purchased it because it’s open. So, my solution: Learn from this. Don’t buy Belkin products. They have absolutely no care or concern for you, the consumer.
