Got this scale based on reviews. It arrived in good shape and worked as expected for just about two months. Then kaput. No reading, or inaccurate reading, or err message, but not my weight. I tried taking out the batteries and then replacing batteries, didn’t help.
UPDATE.
To five stars for customer service. After posting this review I was contacted by an EatSmart Digital Scale representative telling me that they would like to replace my defective scale. As I was busy at work I did not respond for a few days. When I did I got an immediate reply saying that a new scale had already been shipped to me. I received it today. This is stellar customer service. The new scale works fine. I will update, if needed in the future. For now I am totally pleased.
